We build what your
consultant draws.
Unity Professionals SMC (Pvt) Ltd is a Lahore-based construction contractor. We do not design. We take your architect’s drawings, raise our questions before anything is priced, and then put the building up — frame, basement, services and finish.
We started in 2015 with houses in Johar Town and Gulberg. We built a four-storey plaza, then a seven, then a fifteen. Our tallest completed building is seventeen storeys and two hundred feet, on Main Boulevard, Gulberg. Nine of our buildings stand at seven storeys or higher, and five more are going up right now.
That progression was not luck. It was formwork — 48,000 square feet of it, on our own books, because you cannot pour a fourteen-storey frame on shuttering that belongs to somebody else’s programme.

We build what you drew. We raise an RFI before we change anything, and we credit you by name on every project we publish.

Machinery is already on order. We build to the commissioning date with the spans, foundations and utility routing your production line actually needs.

You will see your building every week — photographs, a monthly video walkthrough and a written report against the programme, wherever in the world you are.
